If you have found your way here we probably share a passion for supporting women in their hair journey or you are seeking support with your hair. elle effect Keratin Bonds is more than just a brand to me – it's a passion ignited in the salon. My absolute favourite moments in the studio weren't just about transforming hair, but about witnessing the incredible power of giving women back their self-confidence.

Seriously, it is infectious. In just a two-hour bond install appointment, I would see a complete shift. Their body language would change, becoming giddy, a spark would light up in their eyes, and they would totally fall in love with the person in the mirror. It was a powerful reminder of how much our external selves can impact our internal feeling.

Seeing that transformation, that "elle effect," on repeat made me realise I had to share this gift with more women and salons across the country. We have been mindful to keep the service at a accessible price point to reach as many women as possible.The feeling is too good, too important and too to special keep contained.

Beyond the bonds themselves, I've always been deeply passionate about building amazing team cultures and being a vocal advocate for the talented creatives who make our industry so vibrant. Bringing elle effect to life feels like a natural extension of that – it's about empowering everyone involved, from the women who wear our extensions to the stylists who work their magic.
